This online workshop will discuss the transformative shifts in employment policies under the new Labour government in the UK which, are anticipated to be extensive and geared towards enhancing worker rights, improving job security, and addressing inequalities in the labour market. 

Throughout this workshop we will explore the business response to implementing and adapting to these new policies to create a more equitable, secure, and dynamic workplace that aligns with the Labour government’s vision for the future of employment in the UK.
