National Autistic Society Employer Awareness Session

Session 2

In partnership with DWP, Leo Capella form the National Autistic Society will present Practical Autism Awareness covering:-

• Identifying suitable roles, team stability, supportive line manager practices, working environment, flexible working options.
• Adaptations to the recruitment process autism friendly job adverts and interview and assessment processes.
• Job interviews.
• Reasonable adjustments / in work support.
• Advice and support for line managers. 
• Services available from the National Autistic Society.
