Event description
Following on from the success of our conference in June, the University of Chester invites regional organisations from the public, private and third sectors to an informal networking evening. The event provides an opportunity to share good practice and practical advice on how to overcome challenges when seeking to operate as a socially responsible, sustainable organisation.
Local, regional and national economies are changing, and organisational impacts on people, communities, and the planet have never been more important. To thrive, organisations of all kinds need to be a force for good that people want to work for, buy from, and invest in. Whether you attended our conference in June or not, if you’re working towards your organisation being a force for good, and are keen to hear from like-minded professionals, we’d love to see you. You’ll hear from organisations and individuals who are committed to this work, including:
- Colas
- See Impact Ltd
- Groundwork
- Cheshire Wildlife Trust
This event is hosted jointly by the University’s Sustainability and Environment Research and Knowledge Exchange Institute (SERKEI) and Chester Business School.
