Unlock an Inclusive Employer workplace with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, this workshop session allows participants to explore the concept of inclusivity in a creative, engaging way and to develop concrete steps toward creating a more inclusive, diverse, and equal workplace.

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method (LSP) is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving technique for use with organisations, teams, and individuals. LSP is an effective method for exploring complex topics such as creating an inclusive workplace. It uses metaphorical 3D modelling with LEGO ® bricks to help participants articulate their thoughts and ideas.    

We are thrilled to have certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method facilitators to deliver this workshop.
