Business owners are invited to join a movement to make our borough somewhere everyone can live life to the full for longer.
Age-friendly Cheshire West is looking for business representatives to help shape policies and bring together groups of residents and local employers to ensure local companies are welcoming to older adults.
As a business, joining the Age-friendly network is an opportunity to increase your reach and customer base by understanding the needs of older customers, which could also help you to access a wider pool of experienced potential employees.
Being part of the network could help you achieve your corporate social responsibility aims, improve your reputation as an ethical employer and make a difference in your community.
The aspiration of the Cheshire West and Chester Age-friendly network is to ensure people of all ages are treated with respect and the borough is a place where older adults feel included and valued.
For more information, or to get involved, contact Cheshire West and Chester Council by calling: 0300 123 8 123 and stating ‘Age-friendly’ between 8am and 7pm from Monday to Friday, or emailing: publichealth@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk
