Cheshire West Crowd

Community projects are calling on local people and businesses to support their crowdfunding campaigns on the Cheshire West Crowd.

The Cheshire West Crowd allows everyone to put forward community-led projects and attract funding to make the borough more vibrant, resilient and connected.

Since the Cheshire West Crowd first launched, over 120 community projects have collectively raised more than £1.7 million from almost 6,800 backers.

Many projects are currently running campaigns during this latest funding round, aiming to improve community buildings, provide much-need support to those who need it over the festive period, celebrate history in west Cheshire and much more.

Could you or your business pledge support to one or more of the community projects using the Cheshire West Crowd? This could be part of your corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy or simply giving back to your local community.

Alongside individual pledges, community projects have the opportunity to pitch to the Council for funding, with £310,000 available in total across two funding pots.
