March 1 return confirmed for Chester Makers Market

March will see the return of dozens of artisan traders to Chester with a first Makers Market of the year. 

The market will be set up at Exchange Square in Chester on Saturday, March 1 from 10am until 4pm.

A spokesman for the event said they were looking forward to getting back to the city with entertainment also lined up.

They said: “Chester, we are so excited to be back showcasing the finest makers, bakers and creators in the North West.

“Be sure to come by your community market this month and be immersed in all the wonderful joy of more than 80 artisan traders. 

“Bring your appetite because we’re set to have a bounty of delicious foods including: macarons, cookies, brownies, fruit spirits, Italian cannoli, sausage rolls, traybakes, chilli oil, pies, pasties, samosas, curries, doughnuts, Lebanese street food, free-from bakes, fudge and cookie pies."
