Shortlisted for Prestigious IED Award

Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Business Growth Team is thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for the prestigious Institute of Economic Development (IED) Most Innovative Project of the Year award for our Business Tapas platform. The IED awards recognize outstanding achievements in both the public and private sectors, and after a highly competitive selection process, the nominees for all seven awards have now been revealed.

In collaboration with TMC Strategic Communications, who designed, built, and now manage Business Tapas, this award acknowledges projects that have transcended traditional approaches, delivering significant benefits through innovation.

Cllr Nathan Pardoe, Cabinet Member for Inclusive Economy, Regeneration & Digital Transformation would like to take this opportunity to thank all the businesses that participated in our focus groups during the development of Business Tapas. Your input was invaluable in ensuring we created an engaging and purpose-driven platform. Thank you for being a part of our success story!

The award winners will be announced on November 6th, following the IED Annual Conference. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
