Slim Chickens

The new Slim Chickens restaurant has opened its doors at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. The American fried chicken restaurant chain, founded 19 years ago in Fayetteville, Arkansas, has taken over the Ellesmere Port-based outlet's former Carluccio's site.

The new venue officially opened its doors last week. The chain has almost 30 sites nationwide, including the Liverpool One restaurant.
