Sykes extends winning streak at national awards

A Chester based holiday cottage company has continued its winning streak with an eleventh win at the British Travel Awards.

Sykes Holiday Cottages took home the award for ‘Best Large Company for UK Holiday Home Rentals’ at the prestigious ceremony, with awards decided via a public vote.

A sister brand also part of the Forge Holiday Group, Coast and Country Cottages, also won in the mid-sized category, marking the tenth year that the Devon-based business has been recognised.

The British Travel Awards are the world’s largest customer-voted travel awards, with over a million votes cast by more than 400,000 travellers ahead of this year’s event.

James Shaw, Managing Director of Sykes Holiday Cottages, said:“Our awards success is a testament to the dedication of our wonderful property owners, loyal customers, and hardworking teams, both in Chester and across the wider business”.
