Tourists flock to tiny Cheshire town for its farm shop named 'best in country'

Brits from all across the country have been heading to this Cheshire farm shop for an autumn day out.

Many have flocked to family-run Hollies Farm Shop in Little Budworth after Love Island star and Youtuber, Molly Mae Hague said she loved it there.

Originally founded in 1959, the shop is now popular among foodies and those who want to buy fresh produce to cook at home.

The store has been in the family for three generations and today, they still stock their stores in Lower Stretton, near Warrington, and in Little Budworth with local delicacies.

Following Molly Mae’s posts about the farm shop, people have travelled from all over the country to visit. Social media platforms TikTok and Instagram are flooded with videos of people making the trip to see the store.

Currently, it is filled with autumn pieces such as pumpkins, Halloween decor and spooky themed sweet treats. At the moment, the cafe in the shop is closed on weekends due to crowds in what has been called “the Molly Mae effect”.

Some residents have expressed frustration at how busy the farm shop is after being shared by Molly Mae but others are happy to see the local business thrive.

The shop has been so busy that it has been forced to close its cafe on weekends due to overwhelming demand.
